    站长按:中国人说英语一个显著的问题就是口腔肌肉和胸腔没有充分运用起来,常常用唇舌来说话,造成声音“轻柔细软”,没有老外“立体厚重饱满”,很多同学都有错觉,外国人说话“字正腔圆”,“穿透力很强”;其实懂得声乐,视唱练耳的同学应该知道,这个是平时的锻炼是有关的;

     如何练就一口“饱满,厚重”的磁性英式嗓音?相信是很多筒子们的梦想,好了,废话少说,我们一起跟随伦敦的詹姆森教练来进行一组练习吧!
 
     Hello, I'm Gareth Jameson, I'm an actor, and a voice coach, and I teach people how to make changes to their voice. Now, if you want to lower your voice, first of all, I've got a little bit of bad news. If you really want to lower the pitch of your voice, you probably won't be able to much.

      The pitch of our voice is determined by the thickness of the vocal chords; that's the muscles in here that make the sound. Some people have very thick big ones, and some people will have smaller ones. And thick big ones make a deeper voice. If you try and talk too deep all the time, to make yourself sound more dramatic or more confident, it's likely to give you a sore throat. And it's one of the common reasons why people get a hoarse voice by the end of the day.

      But rather than making your voice deeper, you can make it fuller, and richer. Let me show you what I mean. I'm going to sing a little big of happy birthday for you. (Sings: "Happy birthday to you. ")

       大神在这里指出人的声带天生无法改变,有些人生下来就是声音浑厚,有的确略显单薄,你可以试着锻炼声韧带的肌肉,但是一般来说很费力,声音会变沙哑。先天不足,后天难道就没有办法了吗?要知道,外国人一生下来和我们的声带也一样呀。

     慢着,大神又继续指出,与其说的“深沉”,不如将声音变得“饱满和富有变化”。

      That sounds quite thin and reedy(笛子似的), giving you the impression that it's quite high up. (Sings: "Happy birthday to you.") And now at exactly the same pitch, not lower or higher, we make it fuller. (Sings: "Happy birthday to you.") Sounds deeper and fuller, but it's not actually any lower. Now this, is much easier to do, and rather than giving you a sore throat, it would make your voice safer. But first of all, if you really do want to make your voice deeper, there are some things that might make it a tiny bit deeper. Especially if you're trying to sing low notes and can't get them. First I should say, if your voice is very high, or you feel it's really weak and not quite up to the job of talking, you should probably see a doctor or a voice specialist, because there are problems with the vocal chords that can cause that.

      这段Happy Birthday不同的发声技巧,可以恰到好处得解释“饱满的发音”。站长大人的感觉,前者就是我们日常说话的方式,后者的发音更注重技巧,注重声带的扩张和口腔的共鸣(不知是否用词恰当);

      But if you just want to be a bit deeper, there are some exercises you can do. So these will lower you voice a little bit, but not as good as strengthening and adding richness and depth to the voice. If you want to go a bit lower, you need to make these muscles stronger. These muscles here to support your neck. You want to do this, take your finger, put it in your mouth, and suck. See these muscles will start to pop out. Do that a couple of times a day, you'll strengthen these muscles; which allows your vocal chords to move more freely and with more support, that will help you get lower over time.

      如何让声音稍微低点,那么需要锻炼肌肉,哪里的肌肉怎么锻炼法?洗干净手指,放入口中(不要啊,一只即可),使劲吸。恩…这个动作,诸位还是不要在公共场合锻炼肌肉吧。

      注意脖子鼓起的青筋和肥肉吗?就是那两块!

     Something else that will help, is to do this everyday. ("Ha ha ha", lower each time) ("Ha ha ha", even lower each time) Really low, see how twangy that is. It's not (negative demonstration of "Ha ha ha"), it's (positive demonstration of "Ha ha ha").Try that everyday, it will make you a little bit lower But now, for adding richness and depth to your voice. This is what you want to do. Whether you want to get lower or not, making it richer and fuller and more resonant would definitely help. And to do that, you need to strengthen your diaphragm muscle, that's in here. We haven't got time to talk about what that is yet, you'd probably need a voice coach or a singing teacher to tell you exactly how the diaphragm works. But you want to strengthen it, just do this a few times a day. It's the noise we make when we shoo a cat. So with you hand on your tummy, give me a big, "Sh Sh Sh". You should feel you hand moving. ("Sh" demonstration). Really strong. ("Sh" demonstration) That's strengthening your diaphragm.

      大神又继续介绍了其他两种锻炼方法,暂且归纳为“ahahah~法”和“sh sh sh~法”,前者要注意是像电影中坏蛋的奸笑,要twangy!后面的方法,是锻炼横膈膜diaphragm的,不过站长觉得有可能腹肌也受益。

     A couple of times a day, and you'd soon notice the difference. Also, let's try this, you should do a normal "Sh" sound and then after it you hum. ("Sh" followed by a hum) A really buzzing hum, not low like this. (negative humming demonstration) Really buzzy. (Positive humming demonstration) Supported with the diaphragm.
